Matt Desmond has called Santa Fe, NM home since 1991. He launched his real estate career in 2005 with French & French Fine Properties (now Sotheby's International Realty), earned his Qualifying Broker license in 2012, and has since managed two brokerages in Santa Fe.

Matt brings a uniquely diverse background to real estate, having worked as a licensed general contractor, a licensed Title and Escrow officer, and a Project Developer in renewable energy. In consulting roles, he negotiated land option agreements, managed permitting processes, and worked extensively with the state's largest landowners and rural landowner associations throughout central and northern New Mexico.
