Tesuque is a small village approximately ten minutes north of downtown Santa Fe. This area is a mix of generational inhabitants and newcomers who appreciate this natural valley setting. The area is marked by several farms, ranchettes, and beautiful historic homes. Conveniences include the Tesuque Village Market , the new El Nido Restaurant, the Bishops Lodge resort and spa and the Four Seasons Resort at Rancho Encantado. The Santa Fe Operais also nearby. Many of the homes are traditional adobes and have been updated to create modern estates with an old-world feel. There is an extensive trail system in and around the village allowing for easy access to open space and national forest for hiking and horseback riding.
