1. Why should I list my house with you?
I am a long time resident of Santa Fe, and an experienced Real Estate Broker with the backing of a very large support system at Sotheby’s International Realty.
What sets me apart from other Brokers is service. My background in high-end hospitality coupled with my experience in construction offers a great advantage.
I also represent a limited number of properties so that I can maintain a focus on my clients.

3. What do I need to do to prepare my house?
The number one thing is remove clutter. Every house is different, so we should walk through you house together and identify items that need to be moved or removed.
4. My house is worth $xxx. Can you get me this price?
Our market is constantly changing. Let me do a Comparative Market Analysis so that we can price your house correctly. Warning: I will not give you some inflated number just so that I can have your listing. My recommended price may not be as high as you like. However, I do not want to create any false expectations. My goal is to sell your house, not just “list” it.
